Real-time Data Insights of Machines performance

We develope the web application that used internally in the production line at an IceCream manufacturing plant. It extracts an input production plan data, in MS Excel format, and vistualize in production schedule manner through the dashboard. On the otherhand, the application obtains the actual, real time data from OPC/PLC block from the Mix Storage tank then compile the data input and display the actual production quantity compare to the schedule qualtity to the application dashboard. The application sync the actual reading, summarize to total quantities and display it on the screen monitoring board in realtime.

The application also capture machine signals directly from the machines then monitor the machine status in real-time. According to the monitrinng data, the application generate the OEE/OR and Downtime report for the engineering team to perform preventive maintanance and further line improvements.
